Children’s House Team
The role of the teacher is predominantly to be a “helper“: supporting the child on his or her path of personal development.
The pedagogue is not a teacher in the traditional sense, not someone who teaches knowledge, but who organizes and accompanies with understanding and relationship. The central task is to observe the children in their stage of development, their behavior and their needs.
